Instructions based off 500g pork mince
Use additional ingredients of your choice:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups sautéed veg of choice
- 1 cup stock of cooking liquid of choice
- sauce/s of choice

STEP 1
Fry the pork mince in a large heavy-based saucepan in oil over a high heat for 5 minutes, until browned.
STEP 2
Mix in the vegetables, stock and sauces of choice, then reduce heat to low and simmer or 20 minutes, until thickened.
