Judy Croagh
Judy is the CEO and director of Western Plains Pork, a free-range pig farm located in the cool, temperate grassland plains of Western Victoria, 150 kilometres west of Melbourne between Ballarat and Geelong.
Committed to sustainability and ethical pork production, their paddocks are part of a whole farm plan with paddock rotations occurring every 3 years, with the aim to move the pigs to a new site helps minimise the risk of disease and protect any impact on the land and the water table.
